The heavy gauge (4 AWG) copper Electric Keeper of
B&L allows for the formation of a parasitic transient of
oscillating amperage so long as the Lenz effect supporting it is
neutralized by the toroidal wiring of Clarence's replication.
The Electric Keeper's parasitic oscillations occur
in phase and of the same frequency as the supply voltage emanating
from the AC Sinewave Inverter due to the shunt crossing from the Line
of Plug #1 to the Electric Keeper. It's driven by the magneto-motive
force arising as:
- A difference in mass between the four versus the fifty-six copper-plated, steel grounding rods.
- Heightened by the geomagnetic intensity of their location.
- I propose a further enhancement: make the mass of four grounding rods aluminum, not iron.
This last factor, #3, fulfills the modern view that
Tesla's Special Generator – of which the Earth Captor of Barbosa
and Leal is a reincarnation of – is actually a tri-metal
generator due to the inherent properties of aluminum and iron's
magneto-motive forces along with the heavy gauge self-looping copper
Electric Keeper. And Tesla's 1931 demonstration of a Pierce-Arrow
luxury car adapted to run its AC motor powered by this device is
embodying the tri-metal use of an aluminum plate attached to the
car's iron chassis separated by a dielectric layer between the two
masses of differing MMF.
This last factor, point #3 listed above, the Earth's magneto-motive force, is an optional contribution to the overall efficiency of Barbosa and Leal as Tesla's Pierce-Arrow demonstration alludes to making this “Earth Captor” no longer dependent on the Earth as a necessary source for MMF!
As an aside...
Wikipedia cites the result of what happens to reluctance whenever magnetic flux is saturated at high flux versus low flux. This could be taken to imply that the smaller of the two masses of four steel grounding rods will be 'reluctant' to store any more magnetic flux just as the larger mass of the 56 rods will fail to do likewise, but under opposite conditions of magnetic flux. To me, this implies that magneto-motive force stored in each set of grounding rods could be very different despite their relatively similar reluctance should Tesla's suggestion of increasing the greater of the two masses by adding more iron to it is adhered to (according to my speculation that B&L is a revival of Tesla's Special Generator). And since potential can enforce amperage in the Electric Keeper regardless of whether or not this potential is magneto-motive or electro-motive, there should hypothetically be an analogous condition of 'electric-flux' affecting how a solar panel could precipitate an electro-motive potential across its two sides. Since neither of these two versions of 'potential' affect the Electric Keeper directly - only affecting it loosely through the inductive coupling of the Captor Loop - the oscillating amperage of the Electric Keeper is preserved and nurtured to flourish. Any possible influence of magneto-motive or electro-motive potential is kept out of the Electric Keeper by making it a simple loop of wire.
Another possibility is to infer that the diamagnetic property of the copper cladded surface of the steel grounding rods is analogous to the diamagnetic property of the ocean water surrounding the iron hull of the Nazi U-Boats outfitted with this Special Tri-Metal Generator of Nikola Tesla during WWII (as reported by William Lyne's book: “Pentagon Aliens”).
How to Detach from Earth Ground?
Mobilizing Barbosa and Leal
A strong neodymium magnet can quickly saturate the smaller of two masses of ferromagnetizable material on either side of an artificial dielectric. The smaller of the two masses will saturate much sooner and develop a marked reluctance to become magnetized any further. The larger of these two masses will have much less reluctance to become magnetized and, thus, store more magnetic flux with a consequential voltage difference developing between them across their dielectric separation (naturally represented by the soil in your area) provided this soil doesn't become moist and short out their voltage difference by developing a flow of amperage.This consequential voltage difference between these two masses of ferromagnetizable material will drive the Electric Keeper and not require any contact with Earth ground to magnetize either of these two masses if an artificial dielectric is used in place of Nature's soil along with a very strong magnetic source. There will be no need for grounding rods and no concern about whether or not the geomagnetism in your location is strong enough to fund your attempt to replicate the Earth Captor of Barbosa and Leal.
By the way...
A strong neodymium magnet can produce upwards of over 10,000 gauss. A Sota Instruments Magnetic Pulser can produce as much as 6,000 gauss per pulse every few seconds.
But what if the motive force between these two masses is not magnetic and these masses are not ferromagnetizable? What if we switch the situation and make these two masses part of an electret? A capacitor with an electric charge imposed upon it by some means or another, such as: a light bulb shining on one side of a photovoltaic panel? The force obstructed from transferring energy between these two masses is still the electro-motive force. And there will still be a voltage difference which will develop between both sides. And again, there won't be any need for connection of any kind with Earth ground to drive the Electric Keeper of Barbosa and Leal.
